To pay or not to pay

Satellite Radio

I have a friend that is offering to give me a satellite radio player for my truck. I was not at all interested at first but after a few days of thought, I am considering it. I did the free online trials of both Sirius and XM Radio. I was not impressed at all with XM's Playlist. I listened for two days and can count on one hand the number of songs I liked. Sirius seemed to be a little better but the thing I liked about them is the talk radio programs. I also like the fact that Howard Stern will be on Sirius in 2006. I really don't need this service, but it has sparked my intrest. This usually happens to me every few months. I get my mind on some gaget and can't stop thinking about it until I try it. If anyone has had any experince with these two companies, let me know how you liked it.
